Or some 10 minute shake up activities If you have a garden ensure you get regular fresh air with star jumps, burpees, cart wheels, handstands etc – I will challenge anyone to a handstand competition on everyone’s return if they are brave enough!

I also want to add that child led play (alongside parent/carers) still stands as the best way to learn and shouldn't be underestimated. So, a few weeks of spending time playing, experimenting, de-stressing is not going to ruin their lives
